or any combination of the above. You are going to receive your gift vouchers in a nice envelope as to be able to offer them!
Our gift vouchers have a duration of 12 months and can be redeemed in all babycare stores in Sri Lanka. (except from www.babycare.lk)
Terms and Conditions…
- No cash refunds
- This voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- This voucher is valid only when it bears an authorized signature.
- This voucher is not replaceable. No claim will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or damaged vouchers.
- The value of gift vouchers must be fully utilized at the time of redemption and cannot be re-issued for variable denominations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

babycare.lk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
babycare.lk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
