How do I return an item?

Hassle Free Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product*† purchased in store or via www.babycare.lk returned within 7 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). Non-sale items purchased in store can be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase and sale products bought in store can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. In all cases a returned product must be its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order acknowledgement email or dispatch email). Please note any purchases made in our outlet store are subject to a specific returns policy; see outlet returns policy below.

†Exclusions – toiletries, and personal products such as breast pads and nappies, briefs and products that have been personalized, Toys & Gits, software, DVD’s, food (including formula milk), TENS machines, gift vouchers, gift cards and opened mattresses, If any products are returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion then all items must be returned.

*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number. You can print a returns slip below.

Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. If you need advice before you return an item please contact us

No printer – no worries! If you do not have access to a printer, please write these details on a blank sheet of paper and return this in the return parcel. Collect+ also offer a ‘print in store’ label to attach to the outside of the parcel

1) Return items purchased online via Collect+ for free

  • You can return many items, purchased online,
  • Collect+ is a free and convenient way for you to return your goods free of charge at a time that suits you.
  • Please note: parcels should not be over 10kg in weight and should not exceed the dimensions of 60x50x50cm
  • This option is only available for order placed online online at www.babycare.lk

2) Return items to a store for free

Goods purchased online via www.babycare.lk and in a store can be returned to your local store free of charge.

Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.
